Strange owners

So today at work this woman came in to drop off her dog for a two hour test. She came through the door and had a giant shopping cart with two little dogs in it. No leashes, no crate, just a giant shopping cart.

She must have told me 10 times that her little dog was scared. She even brought him his own plate of food. By plate I mean a porcelain plate and by food I mean cut up bits of turkey or ham. Geez, I wonder why her little dog is such a scaredy cat!
